perfect base for exploring valencia's charm and culture

my stay was improved with the fantastic reception staff who made sure I felt welcome and guided me to the beautiful landmarks including the central market and la lonja de la seda, both less than a 10-minute walk away, allowing me to discover the heart of the city effortlessly.

Center, clean, comfortable.

Nice restaurant, new-fashioned room with excellent bed and an ordinary bedroom, as example. A classic interior. A great service and great breakfast.

I loved the spacious Superior Room, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot summer days!

It was okay.

We enjoyed our stay with my sister, exploring Valencia. The location was superb for visiting historic sites, with plenty of shops and eateries nearby. The breakfast buffet was especially good. It offered a great variety, including fresh juices and good coffee to start our days right.

My kids wished there were more storage options.

It was in the centre of Valencia, and within short walking distance to Plaza Patriarca.

The breakfast I was offered was absolutely terrible, it could definitely be improved.

The rooms were neat and huge with a modern bathroom and the beds were very comfy. Its location just next door to Casco Antiguo Dive Shop was marvellous and stunning.

The room was too small for our luggage, yet the balcony offered a pleasant respite.

Great location, quiet but centrally located, only 5 minutes walk from main tourist area.

The gym was closed for renovation which we were not warned about in advance. The reception area is quite dark and the communals areas had a weird smell.

The Vincci Palace Hotel is ideally situated in the heart of the city and perfectly placed for sight seeing and shopping. This hotel is just a couple of minutes walk to the metro system and bus links. Our room was excellent and very quiet with double glazing. The free to use electronic safe in the room, computerised light controls and the wake up alarm call system integrated into the TV worked perfectly.The breakfast buffet was very comprehensive and had something for everyone. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When I next visit Valencia I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The shower in our room could be a bit tempermental and it was hard to prevent splashes onto the floor.

The décor has a charming retro feel. And the atmosphere is quite inviting. Staff were genuinely friendly and eager to assist with tips about the local area and dining options. Breakfast was decent. A nice way to start the day.

The air conditioning could use an update. It felt a bit outdated but still worked. The room lacked adequate storage space for longer stays.

the decor was stunning and I felt very at home there. lovely place well positioned in the city.

The only thing and this is quite minor that I didn't like was the fact that the bathroom doors did not give privacy. The sliding doors did not shut properly, would have preferred a door that closed.
